NAK MAKAN KE TAK ? ? ?

It been along time no see yaaaaa ! ! 
miss me ? or not ? ehemehem , 
seriously memang agak busy since alot of homework to do then bila tak ada homework membuta kan mmg lah x sampat nak update blog ni . hehe


so sejak kebelakangan ni memang ter-sangatlah letih , selera pun dah jadi lain .before this banyak skip mkan sbb busy sangat then bila dh mula nak free lain pulak jadi . perut ni pulak pantang nampak makanan ja , sapu abisss  . haishh ~ 


so my weight keep gaining like crazy you know ! ! ! 
disebabkan itu , mulalah nak DIET kan kann ~ hehe


Meaning - Diet means a person's regularly consumed food and drink or it can mean regulating food intake to lose or gain weight.


truthly saying ,before this my weight was like above 50 kg , it don't even match with my height so that i look fuckingly fat . To other people who tall they will said that was a normal weight but for a medium height girl it not .

jadi sesi men-dietkan diri dimulakan , like i been search alot of diet tips on internet , but unfortunately most of them doesn't work for me . i thought that i will lose a few weight but i'm not . went i weighting myself, the number keep increase . 

Lepas tu orang try to buat diet's routine sendiri which is i list down what am i eating that day and how much calories did i take . 


HERE IS MY DIET'S TIPS TO ANYONE WHO WANT TO LOSE A FEW WEIGHT
(but i still don't recommend this to anyone yang tak boleh nak handle this kind of eating tips or you might get sick )


1 . eat less portion of food 
BREAKFAST : any kind of kuih yang tak berminyak . 3 biji or less
LUNCH       : setengah senduk nasi or gantikan dengan dua keping roti
EVENING    : a bowl of variety of fruit . ataupun snack yang ringan-ringan tu
DINNER      : secawan milo cicah dengan biskut untuk isi perut sebelum tdur . (isi perut ok bukan melantak )


2. try to stay away from kitchen
-tepat je pukul 7 or lepas maghrib tu cuba jauh-jauhan diri daripada masuk dapur sebab kalau asyik pergi dapur memang kita tak tahan tengok makanan kat dapur tu then abis nasi sepinggan kan . so please jauhkan diri anda dengan dapur . 
DAPUR MERUPAKAN KAWASAN LARANGAN ANDA ! !


3. exercise ! !
kalau diikutkan memang i really hate exercise so untuk nak menggantikan exercise rutin yang membosankan tu , boleh gantikan dengan menari . kalau sesiapa yang minat k-pop tu try bukak lagu fav korang and then menari sampai berpeluh-peluh . kalau tak pandai sangat pun lompat-lompat jeerrrr asalkan berpeluhkan . 


4. drink a lot of water 
during diet  , i oftenly drink alot of water and stop drinking air yang bergas + air yang memerlukan susu tu . even malam-malam kalau lapar sangat cuba try minum segelas air then masuk bilik tidur terus . ini satu cara nak kenyangkan diri jugak tapi untuk certain orang yang boleh tahan je lah . 


5. try to find a suitable weight that match with your height
like for me my suitable weight were 45-48 kg . with this weight i will look stunning like BEYONCE ! ! hehehe ~ perasanlahsayakan :D
kalau yang tnggi tu senanglah nak kurus  , but if you gain weight you will look like a giant . right right ! ! bila dah ada target berat yang kita nak capai , then try hard to lose until you get the weight that you want .


6. dicipline 
Jangan sesekali skip diet routine ni , teruskan sampai dah KURUS ! that it ~ 


7. weighting yourself once a week .
jangan asyik timbang je sebab kalau kita dapat tahu yang kita tak lose weight ,ini akan membuatkan kita stress yang teramat sangat so sebab tu i suggest untuk timbang berat badan once a week ja tu pun belum tentu berat tu nak turun so try sabar . Satu lagi , dengan menimbang berat badan , kita boleh try to maintain our weight so that tak adelah berat naik tapi kalau turun baguslah kan.


8. try to find any inspiration . 
like for me i try to find a picture of girl who have a slim body or ideal body . as all of you know most kpop girlgroup has FANTASTIC  body line right or what they call . S -LINE ? ? 
dengan gambar-gambar tu boleh inspired you to have a body like them . like for me i simpan gambar yuri from girl generation tu sebab badan dia memang lah gorgeous kan ! 
tapi ingat jangan melebih-lebih turunkan berat badan takut elok-elok badan tu da elok then tukar jadi mcm tengkorak hidup pulak kan . ! have a normal weight will help you be a normal girl too ! ! 




SEKIAN SAHAJA DIET TIPS SAYA ! ! 


and now , i already lose almost 7 kg after a month follow this diet tips . and all of you boleh perasan yang bila kita dah lose weight , rupa muka kita pun akan berubah , v-line anda akan kelihatan dan membuatkan your face look like this


awesome kan ! ! *kidding maaa ~ 
so try to work hard and LOSE MORE WEIGHT ! ! ! :D hehe
